About the Role

• Perform site development engineering and project management for residential and commercial projects. • Design land development site layouts and handle permitting, cost estimating, and bid package preparation. • Conduct research, coordinate with stakeholders, and manage staff to ensure project progress, budgets, and schedules. • Build plan sets and construction documents, including utilities, drainage, and due-diligence packages. • Collaborate with engineers, designers, jurisdictions, and contractors to foster professional relationships.

This is an on-site position, not remote. • Minimum 4 years of civil engineering design experience. • Professional Engineer (P.E.) license or ability to obtain within 12 months. • Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, hydrology modeling, and storm drainage software. • Experience with site civil design, permitting, utilities, and drainage design. • Strong task and project management, client coordination, and quality assurance skills.
