The Radio Technician I stays current in technical theory and operational discipline, supports key projects, provides daily updates to senior staff, collaborates with teammates, and ensures the customer experience is protected. The position requires quick adaptation to change, a solid understanding of Radio Access Network (RAN) theory, and a continuous desire to learn and add value. Candidates must prioritize safety, have at least six months of wireless telecommunications experience, and hold a two‑year vocational degree in a technical discipline (military equivalent preferred). They should be able to read site plans and construction drawings, possess strong communication and Excel skills, understand RF engineering and interconnecting circuits, hold a valid driver’s license, and demonstrate problem‑solving, initiative, leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or within a team. • Quickly adapt to change and understand the broader picture. • Apply solid theory and application knowledge of Radio Access Networks (RAN). • Minimum 6 months wireless telecommunications or related experience. • Two‑year vocational degree in a technical field (military equivalent preferred). • Ability to read and interpret site plans, construction drawings, and statements of work. • Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills. • Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office. • Knowledge of interconnecting circuits (e.g., T1, T3, microwave radio) and basic RF engineering. • Valid driver’s license and compliance with motor vehicle policy. • Ability to work independently or in a team, with strong attention to detail. • Self‑motivated, initiative‑driven, and capable of handling multiple tasks. • Basic leadership skills and creative problem‑solving ability.
