About the Role
Within the Digital Technology Solutions organization, you will be part of the Warehouse Management team supporting and evolving Kimberly‑Clark’s warehouse management systems across the region. The team delivers business value through process and system enhancements, project delivery, and ongoing support, acting as the functional leader for medium to large initiatives. • Lead analysis, design, configuration, customization, testing, deployment and support of warehouse management applications. • Proactively assess business processes to identify technology‑driven improvement opportunities and evaluate their fit with current initiatives. • Translate functional and non‑functional requirements into comprehensive, end‑to‑end solution designs aligned with enterprise standards. • Coordinate medium‑to‑large WMS/EWM implementations, managing design variances and overseeing vendor engagements for solution delivery. • Contribute to the evaluation and selection of software product standards for warehouse management capabilities. • Partner with business stakeholders to define acceptance criteria and ensure solutions meet cost‑saving and growth objectives. • Conduct business risk assessments, develop mitigation strategies, and maintain contingency plans. • Gather, prioritize, and manage requirements, ensuring traceability to source and baseline scope throughout the project lifecycle. • Provide leadership and creative problem‑solving across cross‑functional and matrixed teams.

What You Bring
The Senior Warehouse Management Business Analyst role is designed for individuals who thrive on designing new technologies, diving into data, and optimizing digital experiences. You will join a performance‑driven culture that emphasizes sustainability, inclusion, wellbeing, and continuous career development, contributing to better care for billions of people worldwide. • Minimum three years of applied IT experience, including SAP Supply Chain modules (SD, MM, LE, PP, SCM). • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and leadership abilities. • Experience configuring SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) or Warehouse Management (WM) modules. • Knowledge of SAP user exits, BAPIs, BADIs, and proficiency in debugging ABAP code. • Proven ability to work effectively in virtual, globally distributed teams with multiple reporting lines.
