About the Role

The Production Supervisor role leads and drives positive results in the Operations Department, fostering a safe working environment while building a world‑class rebar fabrication facility. • Coach and develop production leads, operations, and support teams. • Foster Nucor culture to develop teammates and future leaders. • Manage safety, quality, and production systems for NRF customers. • Contribute to innovation and efficiency strategies to increase profitability. • Collaborate with peers across the group to continuously drive results. • Oversee department budgeting.

What You Bring
