About the Role
The Human Resources (HR) Generalist provides consultation and guidance to business unit managers and employees on performance management, employee relations, workforce planning, and policy implementation to ensure consistent compliance with corporate and legal requirements. Key duties include disseminating corporate HR policies, overseeing onboarding, supporting compliance with federal and state labor laws, managing temporary labor usage, and partnering with managers to drive performance reviews, talent assessments, and compensation planning. The role also involves advising on department structure, conducting investigations, participating in disciplinary actions, and coordinating employee engagement events while maintaining confidential employee records. • Provide HR consultation and guidance on policy interpretation, performance management, and employee relations • Disseminate and monitor corporate HR policies, programs, and procedures • Oversee and participate in the onboarding process to ensure thorough orientation • Support compliance with federal and state employment laws (FLSA, I‑9, FMLA, ADA) • Monitor and facilitate temporary labor utilization • Partner with managers to facilitate performance reviews, talent assessments, and compensation planning • Advise on department structure, staffing levels, and reporting relationships to optimize efficiency • Conduct investigations and participate in disciplinary actions when necessary • Plan and communicate employee engagement events for assigned business units • Maintain confidentiality of employee information

What You Bring
Qualifications include a PHR or SPHR certification and at least three years of HR experience focused on employee relations or recruiting. The position offers a salary range of $75,000 to $103,050, dependent on locality, and eligibility for a bonus plan. • Hold PHR or SPHR certification • Minimum three years of HR experience with emphasis on employee relations or recruiting
