Senior Project Manager - MEP

About the Role

• Lead MEP delivery on large‑scale infrastructure projects under a PMC framework. • Manage MEP scope in line with FIDIC Red Book conditions and contractual obligations. • Coordinate design interfaces among contractor, consultant and PMC teams. • Ensure compliance with infrastructure standards and authority requirements (ADM, ITC, TAQA, ADCD). • Identify design risks, manage variations and support cost and programme control. • Liaise with authorities and multidisciplinary stakeholders to resolve technical issues. • Provide leadership to MEP teams and supervision consultants. • Ensure timely delivery of high‑quality design deliverables through effective reporting and decision‑making.

Our values shape the way we consult and define the people we want to join us on our journey. • Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in the UAE. • Proven track record managing large‑scale infrastructure packages (roads, utilities, drainage) under FIDIC Red Book contracts. • Experience working with main contractors and supervision consultants on major projects. • Involvement in PMC roles for projects exceeding AED 500 million in value. • Familiarity with Estidama, sustainability requirements and local authority approval processes. • Proficiency in design review tools, MS Office and project management software. • Arabic speaking ability is a plus.
