About the Role

• Prepare programme, method statements and submission • Produce contract programme in collaboration with the Estimating Department • Ensure Health, Safety & Environmental plan and resources match scope and programme, including temporary works • Instruct QS to agree major preliminary expenditure, such as plant and accommodation • Chair start‑up and production meetings and allocate suitably skilled team members • Lead all Project Team functions: PEP, risk, financials, processes, HSEQS, stakeholder management, administration, design management and close‑out • Manage consultant and subcontractor design, delivering BIM strategy as required • Compile and implement the Project Execution Plan

What You Bring

• Good knowledge of Design and Build JCT and NEC3 contracts and BREEAM/LEED standards • Minimum 7 years’ sector experience or 2‑3 projects across different industries • Demonstrable end‑to‑end programme management experience • Commercial awareness and people/performance management skills • Team building and leadership capability • Academic or professional construction qualification, ideally chartered • CSCS for Managers, SMSTS, CDM/PSCS certifications • Awareness of BBS, root cause analysis and internal workshops (S5 & Q10) • Planning, temporary works, PEP and contracts management expertise
