About the Role
The Global Key Account Manager will nurture and grow relationships with DP World’s key clients worldwide, driving client retention, expansion, and the delivery of high‑quality logistics solutions. This role is central to the company’s growth strategy and requires deep industry expertise and strong relationship‑building abilities. Key responsibilities include acting as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business challenges, and advocating for them within the organisation. The manager will identify growth opportunities, collaborate with internal teams to create fit‑for‑purpose solutions, and develop strategic account plans aligned with client objectives while monitoring market trends for new engagement possibilities. In addition to client‑facing duties, the role involves leading an engaged team, fostering collaboration, and ensuring team members are developed and evaluated against clear, measurable goals. The manager also serves as a DP World ambassador, upholding the company’s principles, values, safety standards, and code of conduct. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and challenges. • Serve as the primary client advocate and point of contact within the organisation. • Identify and pursue account growth and expansion opportunities in collaboration with internal teams. • Promote the full suite of DP World services and integrate capabilities to deliver fit‑for‑purpose solutions. • Create and execute strategic account plans aligned with client objectives and market trends. • Advise capability sales to improve closing probabilities. • Lead, develop, and evaluate an engaged team against measurable goals. • Act as a DP World ambassador, upholding safety, ethical standards, and corporate values.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, supply chain management or a related field, with an MBA preferred, and possess several years of experience in logistics or supply chain management. A proven record in global key account management, strong negotiation and communication skills, analytical problem‑solving ability, and proficiency with CRM and logistics software are essential, along with willingness to travel and familiarity with lean management principles. • Maintain a bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) and several years of logistics or supply‑chain experience. • Demonstrate a proven track record in global key account management with strong negotiation and presentation skills. • Exhibit strong analytical, problem‑solving, and adaptability abilities in a fast‑paced environment. • Proficient in CRM systems, Excel, and logistics software; willing to travel as required. • Experience with lean management and continuous improvement methodologies is preferred.
