What You Bring

Parsons is seeking a talented Digital AI Development Engineer to join the Federal Solutions team. The role provides Systems Engineering Technical Assistance to the Ground‑based Midcourse Dense (GMD) Product Office under the Teams‑Next Missile Defense Systems Engineering (TN‑MDSE) contract managed by the Missile Defense Agency. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related STEM field and brings at least three years of relevant experience. Required qualifications include a working understanding of AI pipelines, an active Secret clearance, familiarity with LangChain, Open WebUI, and embeddings databases, and strong programming skills in Python or similar languages. Desired expertise includes experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Bedrock, SageMaker, or Azure Foundry, knowledge of semantic search, recommendation systems, distributed architectures, and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes. Candidates should also be comfortable with MLOps practices, full‑stack development (front‑end and back‑end technologies), relational or NoSQL databases, RESTful APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud monitoring tools. Strong communication, documentation, troubleshooting, and Agile teamwork skills are essential. An active Secret security clearance is mandatory for this role, which is part of Parsons’ Federal Solutions segment that delivers critical resources to U.S. government customers across defense, security, intelligence, infrastructure, and environmental missions.
