About the Role

The architect will be responsible for preparing and reviewing detailed architectural drawings, specifications, material selections and shop drawings, as well as supporting BIM coordination to maintain model quality. They will ensure compliance with building codes, authority requirements and internal standards while contributing to schematic design, 3D modelling and high‑quality renderings for various project types. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams—including structural engineers, MEP consultants and contractors—is essential to deliver integrated, constructible solutions. The position also includes preparing management and client reports, supporting presentations, and assisting the construction team during site visits, shop‑drawing reviews and procurement stages to monitor progress and resolve field issues. • Prepare and review architectural drawings, specifications, material selections, and shop drawings. • Coordinate BIM models with BIM managers to maintain model quality. • Ensure compliance with building codes, authority requirements, and local zoning regulations. • Develop schematic designs, 3D models, and high‑quality renderings for residential, commercial, or non‑industrial projects. • Collaborate with structural engineers, MEP consultants, and contractors to deliver integrated solutions. • Assist in management, client, and project control reporting and presentations. • Support construction site visits, monitor progress, and resolve field architectural issues.

The role involves assisting with design review, coordination of key packages, and integration with core technical, design, and construction teams. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and have at least three years of professional experience in architectural design and project execution. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, other 3D visualization tools and the MS Office suite is required. Preferred qualifications include experience with sustainable design and green building practices suited to arid climates, strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement, and the ability to manage RFIs, material submittals and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
