About the Role
As a BIM Services professional you will have access to the latest BIM software and integration platforms. You will deliver 3D modelling expertise for architectural projects and support the BIM Manager in developing the design team’s capabilities. Interfacing with multidisciplinary project teams, you will help realise BIM and digital‑delivery benefits at the project level. The role also provides opportunities to learn new software and processes. You will work closely with like‑minded individuals on exciting and challenging projects. Our inclusive environment values humility, integrity and the diverse backgrounds of our colleagues. • Provide 3D BIM modelling for architectural projects using Revit, Navisworks and BIM360/ACC up to RIBA Stage 4. • Support the BIM Manager in upskilling design teams and maintaining BIM‑compliant delivery. • Coordinate with multidisciplinary project teams to realise BIM and digital‑delivery benefits. • Manage and secure project data, ensuring compliance with COBie, Uniclass and ISO 19650 standards. • Apply 2D/3D CAD expertise while handling own workload collaboratively in a BIM‑compliant environment. • Participate in inclusive employee resource groups and career development through training, mentoring and chartership support.

What You Bring
We look for candidates with strong BIM and CAD experience in both 2D and 3D, proficient in Revit, Navisworks and BIM360/ACC to at least RIBA Stage 4. Understanding of COBie, Uniclass, ISO 19650 and the ability to manage secure data in a BIM‑compliant setting are essential. Candidates must be able to obtain a UK Security Check (SC) clearance. • Obtain or be eligible for a UK Security Check (SC) clearance.
