Quality Manager - PMC (Infrastructure and Buildings)

About the Role

You will review documents, witness audited activities, prepare checklists, conduct audits, and produce final reports. What You Bring

Parsons is seeking a talented QA/QC Manager for our Abu Dhabi, UAE office. The role involves managing all internal and external quality management tasks within a project management consultancy environment. The position requires strong leadership, supervisory ability, and expert knowledge of quality‑management practices and standards such as ISO 9000, ASME, ANSI, and ASTM. Effective communication, analytical, problem‑solving, risk‑assessment skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office are essential, as is the ability to manage staff and special projects. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction, project management, business, quality or a related field (master’s preferred), 15+ years of quality experience, and at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
