What You Bring
Autodesk is accelerating its AI/ML strategy across the company and seeks a Senior Program Manager to support the operational rhythm, structure, and execution of its AI Executive Leadership Team (AI‑ELT). The role serves as the connective tissue across product, platform, engineering, go‑to‑market, marketing, legal and business strategy teams, ensuring clarity, alignment and forward progress on Autodesk’s most important AI/ML initiatives. It is a high‑visibility, cross‑functional position that requires exceptional program‑management, facilitation, communication and synthesis skills together with a strong conceptual understanding of AI/ML. The ideal candidate will have 8–10 years of experience in program management, portfolio operations or strategic program delivery, with a proven record of managing complex, multi‑stakeholder programs that have executive visibility. They must be comfortable influencing without authority, building decision frameworks and governance structures, and operating in ambiguous environments. Strong communication, analytical, synthesis and facilitation abilities are essential, as is a solid grasp of AI/ML concepts and familiarity with program tools (Airtable, Asana, Jira, Confluence) and AI tools (ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude). Preferred experience includes supporting or running executive‑level forums, steering committees or strategic councils, and a background working in AI/ML‑driven product environments or adjacent fields such as data science or applied research. Passion for innovation and continuous improvement is also valued. • Demonstrate 8‑10 years of experience managing multi‑stakeholder programs with senior leadership exposure.
