About the Role
The Senior Subcontracts Administrator performs the full range of procurement and administration activities associated with subcontracting work. This includes qualifying suppliers, issuing and evaluating requests for proposals, and maintaining subcontract files according to established procedures. The role operates under general supervision and applies detailed industry knowledge to solve complex problems and improve processes. • Oversee end‑to‑end subcontract procurement and administration on assigned projects. • Qualify suppliers, issue RFPs, evaluate proposals, and maintain accurate subcontract records. • Apply specialized knowledge to resolve complex, unique subcontracting issues. • Prioritize tasks, allocate resources, and guide less‑experienced team members. • Use judgment to interpret internal and external issues and develop best practices.

What You Bring
• Minimum 7 years of contract administration experience, including at least 5 years of relevant work after an undergraduate degree. • Proven supervisory ability and capacity to work independently. • Strong contract reading and interpretation skills. • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Word). • Excellent interpersonal skills for interfacing with engineers, vendors, subcontractors, and clients.
