About the Role

The Life Safety Systems Sales Executive, Electronic, will promote and sell fire safety systems to customers and end users within an assigned territory. The role involves generating leads, developing sales strategies, preparing proposals, and delivering sales against quota while maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts. • Establish contact with prospects and qualify potential buyers • Develop and execute territory sales strategies • Conduct seminars, demonstrations, and lead‑generation events • Create financial justifications, prepare proposals, and deliver presentations • Maintain regular contact with existing accounts to drive follow‑on sales • Report sales progress and metrics weekly and monthly to corporate teams • Participate in trade shows and special product demonstrations

What You Bring

Successful candidates are highly motivated, self‑disciplined, and skilled at identifying and qualifying sales opportunities. They should possess strong communication and interpersonal abilities, be comfortable reading blueprints, and have the required licenses and at least five years of sales experience in the electronic or related industry. • Required: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, engineering, or equivalent experience • Minimum five years successful sales experience in electronic or similar industry • Experience with electrical contractors; ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Oracle preferred • Strong oral and written communication, persuasive sales techniques, and interpersonal skills • Ability to acquire necessary licenses per national, state, and local codes

Compensation is competitive and includes a base salary range with a performance‑based incentive plan, alongside a comprehensive benefits package.
