About the Role

As a Front Desk Clerk you will ensure every interaction with an owner or guest is positive and memorable, check guests in and out, and respond to their requests. You will use the computerized reservation system to update records, resolve unit availability, assist with reservations or changes, generate invoices, collect payments, handle safety deposit boxes, receive housekeeping and maintenance requests, restock the front desk, provide information on attractions and amenities, and prepare correspondence and reports for management. • Ensure each guest/owner interaction is positive and memorable during check‑in/out and request handling • Input and maintain information in the computerized reservation system • Resolve unit availability and assist guests with reservations or changes • Generate invoices, collect payments, and manage safety deposit boxes • Receive housekeeping and maintenance requests and coordinate with appropriate departments • Prepare and restock front desk supplies and arrival packets • Provide information on area attractions and resort amenities • Type correspondence and reports for management as needed

What You Bring

We seek candidates who are high‑school graduates or equivalent, proficient in English, flexible with schedules, able to multitask and prioritize, and have prior cash‑handling and data‑entry experience.
