About the Role
The Equipment Rental Specialist is an inside‑sales role that supports telephone and walk‑in customers with rentals of construction and industrial equipment. Acting as the front line of contact, the specialist learns customer needs, negotiates terms, and places orders while delivering professional, courteous service at all times. • Develop skills for career growth through an outside sales or operational management career track • Work with an incredible team of people to make it happen for customers • Provide telephone and walk‑in customers rental solutions for construction/industrial equipment • Negotiate and place equipment orders while ensuring customer satisfaction • Perform administrative tasks and maintain accurate rental records

What You Bring
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and familiarity with various construction and industrial tools and equipment. Preferred qualifications include prior equipment‑rental experience, strong customer service and telephone skills, solid computer and administrative abilities, and completion of the DOT qualification process. • Use your inside sales or customer service skills for steady hours & potential overtime • High School diploma or GED required • Valid Driver’s license required • Familiarity with various types of construction/industrial tools & equipment • Previous equipment rental industry experience • Strong customer service & telephone skills • Solid computer and administrative skills • Successful completion of the DOT Qualification process preferred • Meet physical demands such as lifting 50 lb, bending, crouching, and working indoors/outdoors
