About the Role
The Driver – CDL (B) safely operates a collection truck, delivering prompt, courteous, and complete waste removal services to customers. The role also includes ensuring the vehicle meets the Company’s safety standards before each operation and adhering to all Company, state, and federal regulations. Drivers conduct thorough pre‑ and post‑operation inspections to verify tire pressure, fluid levels, safety equipment, gauges, and controls, reporting any issues on standard forms. They follow route sheets, operate manual or automatic controls to lift, load, compact, and transport waste to the disposal site while courteously serving each customer. The driver tags unsatisfactory containers, monitors waste for violations, cleans accidental spills, and keeps the vehicle clean and ready for each trip. Required documentation such as route sheets, productivity logs, and vehicle condition reports are completed daily, and drivers meet productivity standards and safety policies, actively participating in the Company’s ReSOP program.

What You Bring
Applicants must hold a Class B (or higher) Commercial Driver’s License with an air‑brake endorsement. Strong customer service, time management, and follow‑through abilities are essential, as is a commitment to safety, honesty, and pride in one’s work.
