About the Role

Executive Assistant I provides high-impact, confidential administrative support to the Senior Director and leadership team of the Family Care & Professional Materials & Design Engineering organization at Kimberly-Clark. The role demands strong organization, meticulous attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft tools while partnering with senior leaders, global teams and cross-functional partners. • Manage complex executive calendars, governance forums, and cross-functional meetings, resolving scheduling conflicts. • Draft and send professional communications on behalf of leadership. • Coordinate domestic and international travel, itineraries, and expense reporting for Kimberly-Clark leaders. • Organize department meetings, learning sessions, and Experimental Mill administrative needs. • Support onboarding and offboarding for employees, co-ops and contractors. • Maintain SharePoint and Teams sites, including org charts, governance calendars, templates and reference materials. • Arrange visitor logistics for the Neenah campus and Experimental Mill, handling room scheduling and hospitality. • Facilitate workshops, team-building events and working sessions, managing logistics, materials and action items. • Keep department distribution lists, org charts and administrative records up to date. • Create and manage purchase requisitions and receipts using Coupa, Ariba or equivalents. • Ensure compliance with Kimberly-Clark policies on travel, expenses, procurement, information security and confidentiality.

What You Bring

Minimum requirements include an associate degree (or equivalent) and 5+ years of administrative experience supporting senior leaders (Sr Director/VP level), with experience managing global calendars. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint, as well as familiarity with Zoom, SAP, Workday, Concur and polling tools, is required. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and travel locally less than 5 % is expected. Preferred experience includes supporting R&D, engineering, manufacturing, safety-sensitive facilities, and using Coupa or digital procurement tools. • Associate degree or equivalent experience; 5+ years supporting senior leaders (Sr Director/VP level). • Experience managing global calendars and supporting worldwide teams. • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint. • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. • Experience with Zoom, Teams, SAP, Workday, Concur and polling tools. • Ability to travel locally <5% and plan in advance. • Preferred: experience in R&D, engineering, manufacturing, safety-sensitive environments; familiarity with Coupa or digital procurement tools.
