What You Bring
This position is located in Jacksonville, FL. You must be able to reliably commute to our office in this location, per our hybrid working policy. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the US, as Mott MacDonald is unable to provide sponsorship at this time. • Progress toward a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Civil Engineering or related field • Demonstrated interest via internships, volunteering, or organization memberships • Creative, methodical problem‑solving approach • Proficient communication and presentation skills • Resilient, solution‑oriented mindset focused on growth and value • Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders • Collaborative spirit and commitment to teamwork
