What You Bring
Interns will primarily work with the Dallas Brookfield Land teams, gaining exposure to residential land acquisitions and land‑development operations. They will also experience areas such as construction management, finance/accounting, marketing, sales, customer experience, community management, and homeowner associations. Candidates must be enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program related to real estate, construction management, business, architecture, engineering, or urban planning. Required skills include strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, proactive initiative, excellent communication, proficiency in Microsoft Office, a keen interest in real estate, self‑motivation, a positive attitude, availability for a 40‑hour work week, and reliable transportation. • Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program related to real estate, construction, business, architecture, engineering, or urban planning. • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and proactive work style. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • Demonstrated interest in real estate development. • Available to work 40 hours per week (Mon‑Fri) and possess reliable transportation.
