About the Role

What You Bring
Successful candidates have experience handling high‑volume inbound and outbound calls in a performance‑driven environment, are comfortable with data entry, Microsoft Office and CRM platforms, and can demonstrate confidence, persuasion, and strong multitasking abilities. Weekend availability, a tech‑savvy mindset, high energy, and a high‑school diploma or equivalent are required. • Prior experience in appointment setting, confirmation, or dispatch preferred. • Experience with Five9 or similar call‑center software is a plus. • Proficient in data entry, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems. • Communicate confidently with prospects while multitasking across systems. • Demonstrate positivity, flexibility, determination, and persuasive personality. • Exhibit high energy, attention to detail, and a self‑motivated, competitive mindset. • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

The role offers a Tuesday‑Saturday or Sunday‑Thursday schedule (11 a.m. – 7 p.m.) and an earning potential of $60,000 to $80,000+ per year. Compensation includes an hourly base salary combined with uncapped commissions, and the average first‑year income falls within the advertised range.
