About the Role
Essential duties include reading and following written and verbal work instructions and SOPs with an emphasis on safety and quality, identifying and reporting unsafe conditions, and maintaining housekeeping standards. Employees collaborate with peers on projects, keep supervisors informed of accomplishments and issues, pull parts from the warehouse, assemble production kits, refill Kanban, and assist in training teammates as needed. • Follow written and verbal work instructions and SOPs, prioritizing safety and quality. • Identify and report unsafe conditions; suggest corrective measures. • Maintain housekeeping standards and keep the work area safe. • Collaborate with peers on projects and participate in improvement meetings. • Pull parts, assemble production kits, and replenish Kanban as needed. • Assist in training new team members. • Perform physical tasks such as lifting 15‑45 lb, standing, walking, and operating equipment.

What You Bring
This entry‑level, full‑time position is based at our corporate office in San Antonio, TX, with a day shift from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Candidates must have a high‑school diploma or GED. Qualified candidates must be U.S. citizens or legal permanent residents, possess basic English literacy, and demonstrate computer proficiency, accurate part counting, and effective verbal and written communication. They should be willing to take on new responsibilities, prioritize tasks under tight deadlines, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Physical demands may require up to 10 hours per shift of walking, standing, bending, lifting 15‑45 lb, operating equipment such as forklifts, and distinguishing basic colors and shades. Preferred qualifications include experience with handheld scanners and at least one year of experience in a warehouse setting such as shipping or receiving. • Meet high school diploma/GED requirement and be authorized to work in the U.S. • Demonstrate basic computer proficiency and accurate part counting. • Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. • Work efficiently under tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. • Preferred: experience with handheld scanners and at least one year in a warehouse role.
