About the Role
This maintenance position focuses on the installation and upkeep of electrical and power systems, with no per‑diem compensation. Daily duties include inspecting blueprints, selecting materials, maintaining wiring, control equipment, and various electrical components, testing connections with appropriate instruments, and ensuring compliance with safety rules, supervisor directions, and local building/electrical codes. • Read and interpret prints, drawings, schematics, and plans. • Inspect blueprints and specifications to locate circuits and equipment. • Gather and select materials and tools for proper operation. • Inspect work areas for hazards and obstructions. • Maintain wiring, control equipment, and electrical machines. • Repair, upgrade, and replace circuit breakers, fuses, switches, motors, transformers, generators, and related tools. • Follow state and local building/electrical codes. • Use testing equipment such as ammeters, ohmmeters, voltmeters, and harmonic testers. • Observe and comply with all safety and project rules. • Arrive on time and follow instructions accurately.

What You Bring
The role requires at least two years of experience as an Electrical Helper or Apprentice, the ability to read and interpret schematics and construction plans, and familiarity with industrial electrician hand and power tools. Employees must meet physical demands, have reliable transportation, and be prepared to work seven days a week, including overtime, at heights, ladders, stairways, and platforms. The position also expects workers to possess all required tools, basic knowledge of electrical construction processes, and punctuality in adhering to the designated schedule. • Minimum 2 years experience as Electrical Helper/Apprentice. • Knowledge of industrial electrician hand tools, power tools, and layout tools. • Reliable transportation; ability to work 7 days a week and overtime. • Ability to work at heights, climb ladders, stairways, and platforms. • Possess all required tools and basic knowledge of electrical construction processes.
