The Inside Sales Representative, also known as an Equipment Rental Specialist, handles telephone and walk‑in customers, assesses their equipment needs, negotiates terms, and places orders. This front‑line role requires strong administrative abilities and a professional attitude to ensure customer satisfaction at all times. The position involves both indoor and outdoor work and may require lifting 50 pounds or more. Candidates must have at least a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license, with familiarity of construction and industrial tools being advantageous. The role is open to individuals with prior equipment rental experience, solid computer skills, and strong customer service abilities, and bilingual candidates may be preferred in some locations.
