JLL is seeking an experienced Life Cycle Asset Management (LCAM) Project Manager for the Northern California/Bay Area, with up to 25 % domestic travel. The role provides project‑management support for the Reliability & Asset Management platform, overseeing data collection, asset registry, capital planning, and project handover for corporate real‑estate clients. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, business administration or a related field (a technical or engineering degree is a plus) and have at least ten years of project‑management or data‑analytics experience in corporate real estate, including two years of front‑line supervisory responsibility. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills are required, along with proficiency in real‑estate software, data‑collection methodologies, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred • Certified Reliability Leader (CRL) certification preferred • Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) certification preferred

The position offers an estimated compensation range of $140,000–$160,000 per year and is classified as remote work based in Oakland, Sacramento, or San Francisco, California.
