About the Role
The role involves managing and supervising the planning, layout, installation, testing, and repair of wiring, electrical fixtures, apparatus, motors, equipment, and control systems in line with applicable plans, specifications, codes, and industry standards. The manager coordinates foremen and leadmen, motivates them to work safely, correctly, and efficiently, and may also supervise other crafts as needed. A working knowledge of the National Electrical Code and all required licenses for the jurisdiction are mandatory. • Maintain positive relationships with the client and superintendent. • Ensure a safe, clean work environment and high‑quality output. • Participate in safety, quality, production, and planning meetings. • Conduct foreman and crew performance evaluations. • Promote a continuous‑improvement culture among the crew. • Verify accuracy of timesheets, quantity, and productivity reports. • Monitor weekly schedules and coordinate work packages with the master schedule. • Follow all company policies, procedures, and “The Sundt Way.” • Coach and mentor crew members to maximize performance. • Set high standards for leadership, safety, quality, and productivity. • Work up to 12‑hour shifts in varied temperatures and outdoor conditions. • Climb and balance on steel/wood framework, stairs, ladders, and scaffolds. • Lift, push, or pull objects up to 50 lb occasionally; handle objects frequently. • Comply with all safety standards and wear required PPE. • Interact regularly with people and use phones, computers, or email as needed.

What You Bring
• Minimum 5‑6+ years experience in construction electrical trade with required licenses. • Possess strong verbal and written communication skills. • Reach above shoulder height and below waist frequently; stoop, kneel, or bend occasionally.
