Job Highlights
About the Role
You will own the modeling of tanks, foundations, slabs, frames, platforms, pipe supports, and steel superstructures, ensuring clarity, precision, and constructability. Collaboration with structural engineers and multidisciplinary teams will integrate designs with civil, mechanical, electrical, and process elements, while resolving clashes through Navisworks and other VR coordination tools. • Develop 2D and 3D models and contract drawings for reinforced concrete and structural steel using AutoCAD and Revit. • Model tanks, foundations, slabs, frames, platforms, pipe supports, and steel superstructures. • Coordinate structural designs with civil, mechanical, electrical, and process disciplines using Navisworks or VR tools. • Contribute to BIM execution plans and maintain libraries of templates, families, and standard details. • Work in a hybrid environment, three days on‑site, at locations in Buffalo, Syracuse, Harrisburg, or King of Prussia. • Perform data collection and analysis, solutions analysis, and personal capability building activities.

What You Bring
Our hybrid work model combines in‑office collaboration with flexibility; you will be in the office three days a week to contribute, connect, and excel. The position can be based in Buffalo, NY; Syracuse, NY; Harrisburg, PA; or King of Prussia, PA. The role offers a variety of work, including data collection and analysis, solutions analysis, and personal capability building through training, coaching, and professional accreditation. You will stay current with technology, regulations, and industry best practices through ongoing education and networking. • Hold an associate’s degree in a related technical field and at least 5 years of structural design and drafting experience. • Demonstrated proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM modeling for concrete and steel structures. • Preferred experience with Navisworks and familiarity with water/wastewater treatment or energy facilities.
