About the Role
The role drives the effective implementation of design management systems, ensuring compliance with statutory and contractual requirements, enabling change and continuous improvement to create distinctive value, and overseeing all design management stages while integrating with delivery functions and contributing to strategic planning and overall project performance. • Manage design and build deliverables in line with FIDIC Yellow Book conditions. • Review and validate architectural design packages, including DVRs, IFC and shop drawings. • Ensure full compliance with UAE building codes and authority standards. • Coordinate architectural design with structural and MEP teams for integrated delivery. • Oversee Abu Dhabi authority submissions and approval processes for architectural works. • Resolve design and site‑related technical issues and communicate effectively with contractors and stakeholders.
