Create and design proposal content, graphics, and marketing materials for PRIME.

About the Role
• Collaborate with Project Executives, Marketing Specialists, and the Marketing Manager to develop proposal sections. • Assemble, proofread, and edit proposal content in InDesign. • Design custom proposal templates using PRIME brand standards, graphics, infographics, photography, and custom elements. • Create project interview presentation materials in PowerPoint and InDesign. • Develop marketing and sales graphics for client and project pursuits. • Collect, organize, and input project experience and contacts into the marketing database. • Maintain and update staff resumes. • Support the marketing team with graphics, content creation, video, and other projects. • Follow the PRIME Safety Program and adhere to safety regulations and procedures. • Provide onsite physical presence and assistance to groups, managers, and project teams as needed.

What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred). • 1–2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related area. • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft PowerPoint. • Strong writing, proofreading, and editing abilities. • Experience with database management or data entry (a plus). • Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. • Skill in managing multiple projects across teams or departments. • Excellent organization, time‑management, and prioritization capabilities. • Acute attention to detail for grammar, factual accuracy, and graphic layout quality.
