Sheet Metal Trade Foreman

About the Role

The Foreman will supervise, direct, and coordinate assigned construction crews on the jobsite to safely produce quality work that meets project requirements, budget, and schedule. Candidates must provide proof of identity and U.S. work authorization, and will be required to pass a drug screen and a Department of Defense background check for access to the military base. • Decision Making and Problem Solving • Interpersonal Effectiveness • High school diploma or GED required; college coursework in construction management or engineering preferred • Minimum 2 years experience as a foreman supervising sheet metal trade on medium or large projects • Minimum 3 years field or trade experience in construction; government, military, or large commercial project experience preferred • Design‑build experience is desirable • Experience fabricating sheet metal for industrial or commercial projects preferred • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook required; training available for Primavera, Oracle, BIM, and Revit/Autodesk • CPR, First Aid, OSHA 30‑hour, EM‑385, and STS certifications required (training available)

Benefits

Compensation is $40.00‑50.00 per hour, dependent on experience, and the position includes medical, dental, vision benefits and a 401(k) with company match.
