About the Role
Plumbers will install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures throughout apartment buildings. What You Bring
Candidates must hold a valid plumbing license and have 3–5 years of experience in multi‑residential, commercial, or industrial settings, including work on branch lines, rough‑ins, valve replacement, bathtub replacement, and drain modifications. Additional qualifications include strong mechanical aptitude, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, possession of personal tools, and a clean driver’s abstract. • Hold a valid plumbing license with 3‑5 years experience in multi‑residential, commercial, or industrial properties. • Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and ability to operate all necessary tools and equipment. • Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail. • Own a personal set of tools. • Valid driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract.
