In the Construction Engineering Intern role you will work on site rather than in an office, gaining hands‑on experience while supporting a construction manager. Preferred qualifications include having completed roughly two years toward a degree with at least a 3.0 GPA, knowledge of relevant software, and being a local candidate. Required qualifications include enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate engineering program, strong attention to detail, problem‑solving and communication abilities, basic Microsoft Office proficiency, and a commitment to HDR’s employee‑owned culture. • Completed ~2 years toward degree with 3.0+ GPA • Demonstrated knowledge of industry‑related software packages • Local candidates preferred • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate engineering program • Strong attention to detail • Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills • Proficient with basic Microsoft Office tools
