About the Role

The role will shape and enhance the HR service delivery model by designing and implementing digital HR solutions, applying best practice to improve processes, resolve operational issues, and drive efficiency across HR, strengthening governance and delivering a best‑in‑class employee experience. • Deliver cost savings through process re‑engineering, aiming to double the salary minimum. • Enhance service delivery with a customer‑first approach. • Align global services to a single “best way” methodology. • Advance the HR service model maturity via robust digital design and process optimisation. • Manage development and implementation of HR technologies and standardised processes. • Improve efficiency, governance, and colleague experience through continuous improvement and clear operational guidance. • Partner across HR to deliver integrated, compliant, and sustainable solutions. • Create opportunity: champion continuous improvement and inspire people to develop.

What You Bring

Mace blends construction expertise with consultancy to unlock potential in people and projects, and its values shape how it consults and the type of people it seeks. • Demonstrate offshore/right‑shore capabilities. • Lean Black Belt certification or strong lean skills. • Experience aligning process improvement initiatives globally. • Proven delivery of improvements using Oracle and Snow (SNOW) platforms. • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including PowerPoint and Visio. • Knowledge of UK employment law and ability to present accurate data. • Experience creating modern HR blueprints, SOPs, and a relevant HR or business degree. • Client focus: own quality of deliverables and build long‑term client relationships.
