About the Role

• Supervise mechanical engineers, EITs, and designers, fostering technical excellence and staff development. • Collaborate with Mechanical Team Leads and Business Class Lead on staffing, project proposals, and work‑sharing. • Lead design and serve as engineering project manager for key projects across diverse sectors. • Implement and monitor company policies while supporting business class initiatives. • Work closely with market sector leadership to ensure technical quality in all key markets. • Participate in nationwide mechanical practice development and network collaboration. • Assist in recruiting and growing the Mechanical Business Class.

What You Bring

Candidates should hold at least a bachelor’s degree, have a minimum of seven years of experience, and possess strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering, experience managing diverse teams, and a commitment to HDR’s quality and values.
