Senior Analyst - MES Apriso - IT

About the Role

The Sr Analyst – IT for Digital Manufacturing is responsible for driving and supporting design, DevOps, and technical strategy while delivering solutions for strategically aligned projects. The role incorporates best practices and established pattern standards throughout the project lifecycle as an expert in the MES space. The Apriso Sr Analyst joins the Manufacturing Core team and manages the entire Apriso Framework. This position gathers user requirements and develops and supports solutions on the Delmia‑Apriso platform, with proven experience in Time & Labor, Manufacturing, Quality, Dashboard, and PMC modules. It also requires understanding of network and security constraints in both office and shop‑floor environments. The role oversees three main activity types—support (run), project, and release—contributing primarily to project and release tasks while also handling support incidents. • Gather user requirements and develop/support Delmia‑Apriso solutions across modules such as Time & Labor, Quality, Dashboard & PMC. • Oversee support (run), project, and release activities, ensuring timely incident handling. • Design, build, configure, and customize solutions using Apriso out‑of‑the‑box controls, business components, and Process Builder. • Create and execute agile work plans for iterative product delivery and continuous integration/deployment. • Perform testing, automate test scripts, and ensure performance, responsiveness, and proper test coverage. • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for MES Apriso applications. • Author high‑quality, unit‑tested code; document solutions with diagrams, comments, and performance metrics. • Manage MS SQL Server databases, queries, and performance optimization. • Apply DevSecOps, CI/CD, microservices, containers, and cloud services following best practices. • Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non‑technical audiences. • Collaborate across global, multicultural teams with strong judgment and time‑management skills.

What You Bring

Knowledge of discrete manufacturing and prior experience with application upgrades are considered pluses. In addition to Apriso expertise, candidates who demonstrate development skills on platforms such as C#, JavaScript, and APIs are preferred. Qualifications include a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, eight or more years of experience with at least five years focused on Apriso manufacturing solutions and development, and a proven track record of delivering high‑quality products. Key skills encompass Delmia Apriso 2022/2023+, XML management, C#/JavaScript, HTML, IDEs (Visual Studio, Eclipse, IntelliJ), Process Builder, GPM, Business Integrator, MS SQL Server query and performance management, hands‑on Apriso rollouts, software‑engineering best practices, Linux and Windows operating systems, enterprise‑grade web or distributed application development, advanced software design, algorithms, multithreading, DevSecOps, CI/CD, modern development principles (code management, test automation, APIs, microservices, containers, cloud services), and Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban. The role demands advanced verbal and written communication skills, the ability to present technical concepts to diverse audiences, comfort working with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders, good judgment, time‑management, decision‑making, collaborative teamwork, and experience guiding diverse global cultures and teams. • Understand and address network and security constraints on office and shop‑floor environments. • Demonstrated experience with multiple Apriso implementations and modules (Production, Quality, Warehouse, Maintenance, etc.). • Utilize development skills in C#, JavaScript, XML, HTML, and IDEs (Visual Studio, Eclipse, IntelliJ).
