About the Role
The Technical Executive supports the Assistant Manager/Engineering Manager in overseeing mechanical, electrical, plumbing installations and civil maintenance, implements preventive maintenance programs, and ensures contractors follow quality and safety standards. The role also includes handling shift responsibilities, conducting daily facility walk‑arounds, and meeting engineering SLAs and KPIs. • Support the Assistant Manager/Engineering Manager in overseeing MEP installations and civil maintenance. • Prepare and manage critical spares inventory according to manufacturer recommendations. • Implement and monitor a preventive maintenance program to reduce equipment failures. • Review M&E contractor service practices with the Chief Engineer to ensure quality compliance. • Maintain logbooks, checklists, and PPM schedules for all mechanical and electrical systems. • Manage equipment downtime and breakdowns, coordinating timely repairs. • Arrange ad‑hoc M&E setups based on client requests. • Enforce house rules for contractors and minimize disruption to the client. • Assume AFM duties and independently handle shift‑related engineering matters. • Conduct daily facility walk‑arounds and adhere to engineering SLAs and KPIs.
