About the Role

• Lead safety policies; conduct daily safety meetings and job safety analyses. • Plan, schedule, and supervise grading, excavation, and underground utility work. • Direct and support field crews in site, road, and subdivision construction. • Perform field layout and coordinate with surveyors and engineers. • Oversee mass grading, material placement, erosion control, and sediment measures. • Inspect job sites for sequencing, productivity, and safety concerns. • Supervise equipment and vehicle use, including daily inspections and basic troubleshooting. • Track employee hours, equipment usage, and job documentation. • Train, coach, and evaluate crew performance; resolve jobsite issues.

Established in 1908, RGI is recognized as the largest privately held aggregate producer in the United States. • Minimum 5 years supervisory experience in grading and site work. • Strong leadership, communication, and safety management skills. • Experience operating heavy construction equipment (preferred). • Ability to read grade stakes, plans, and specifications. • Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and all weather conditions.
