About the Role
In this role you will manage purchase orders and service orders, receive and ship materials daily, maintain organized warehouse and shipping logs, and ensure accurate inventory transfers and reconciliations. You will also coordinate RMA requests, maintain documentation, monitor inventory integrity, and support the material coordinator as needed. • Receive purchase orders, service orders, and job‑specific forms • Ship and receive material daily while keeping the warehouse organized • Maintain shipping and receipt logs and track all material movements • Transfer inventory in ACE system to sub‑inventories, districts, or job costing • Reconcile job‑cost material, customer credit returns, and miss‑shipments • Coordinate RMA requests and process credit returns for excess, warranty, or repair material • Maintain hard‑copy paperwork to validate transfers and monitor inventory integrity • Assist the material coordinator and perform other assigned duties

What You Bring
The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational and communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to learn quickly. A valid driver’s license, high school diploma, and 1‑5 years of purchasing or inventory experience are required, along with the ability to work independently and meet physical demands. • Strong organizational skills, positive attitude, and excellent follow‑through • Valid driver’s license meeting company requirements; forklift certification a plus • Excellent communication and teamwork with technicians, office staff, and dispatchers • Proficient computer and mathematical skills • High school diploma or equivalent; 1–5 years purchasing/inventory experience • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Ability to pass drug and background checks and lift up to 70 lb
