About the Role
• Conduct feasibility studies, advise on procurement strategies, and prepare procurement reports using value management techniques. • Manage estimating and cost‑planning activities, own and present final cost plans. • Negotiate and agree final accounts with clients and stakeholders. • Serve as a key interface with clients, stakeholders and consultants throughout all project stages. • Handle contractual frameworks, including standard forms of contract and contract law considerations. • Identify and implement improvements to cost‑management procedures, templates, and internal systems. • Apply value engineering and life‑cycle costing principles. • Participate in a collaborative, inclusive team and benefit from global design support and best‑practice knowledge.

Upcoming roles in Q1 and Q2 of 2026 are available in Toronto, Montreal and Quebec for high‑speed rail, mass transit, master planning and urban redevelopment projects. Successful candidates will help shape major national infrastructure programmes across Canada. • Demonstrated experience in the construction sector with strong knowledge of contract law. • Ability to work on high‑speed rail, mass transit, urban regeneration and infrastructure programmes in Canada.
