About the Role
In this position, the specialist assists with large proposals while taking the lead on small to medium opportunities, coordinating schedules, templates, compliance, and content production. They work closely with cross‑functional teams, facilitate internal reviews, and ensure continuous improvement through debriefs and client feedback. • Lead small to medium proposals and support large proposals from capture through interview stages. • Coordinate schedules, templates, compliance, and content production for qualifications and proposals. • Serve as lead writer/editor for resumes and past performance sections. • Facilitate Pink and Red team reviews, integrate lessons learned, and manage proposal revisions. • Participate in go/no-go and greenlight analyses aligned with delegation of authority guidelines. • Conduct internal debriefs and incorporate client feedback for continuous improvement. • Liaise with business, technical, and development teams to create case studies and capability summaries. • Mentor entry-level proposal team members and perform self-checks before submission.

What You Bring
Candidates must have at least a bachelor’s degree and two years of experience supporting proposal activities within a marketing environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred qualifications include a communications or marketing degree, knowledge of the architecture/engineering industry, strong writing skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, collaboration platforms, and CRM tools. • Require a bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of marketing‑related proposal support experience. • Preferred: degree in communications/marketing, knowledge of A/E industry, proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint). • Demonstrate strong organizational, multitasking, and confidential‑information handling skills.
