About the Role

The Senior Sales Associate serves as a key leader within the community sales team and acts as the trusted partner to the Community Manager. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Construction, Design, Customer Care and Finance, the role ensures a seamless, relationship‑driven customer experience and provides mentorship, onboarding and daily execution support for the sales centre. The associate champions a ‘Customers for Life’ mindset, connecting teams to maintain consistent, professional, and well‑managed customer journeys. • Execute community sales strategy with Community Manager to meet targets, conversion, and forecasting • Process lead agreements ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely submission • Serve as subject‑matter expert on product, pricing, and internal sales processes • Prospect, network, and generate new business opportunities • Represent customers at community, construction, and internal coordination meetings • Manage end‑to‑end customer journey from agreement through possession, handling escalations • Coordinate with Construction, Design, Estimating, Marketing, and Customer Care for start‑ups and home deliveries • Provide sales centre leadership support, including coverage, prioritization, and workflow management • Assist onboarding, training, and mentoring of new and junior sales associates • Ensure sales centres, show homes, and inventory meet company standards • Contribute to marketing initiatives, website/MLS accuracy, and traffic analysis • Conduct competitive market analysis and share insights on pricing, product, and buyer trends

What You Bring

• 4–6 years residential sales experience (multi‑family a plus) • Proven record of exceeding sales targets in high‑performing communities • Strong organizational skills managing multiple priorities and deadlines • Demonstrated mentorship and leadership support abilities • Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and customer service skills • Solid understanding of residential construction and homebuilding process • Ability to handle customer escalations and complex situations professionally • High autonomy, accountability, and attention to detail • Proficiency with CRM and ERP systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, NewStar)
