About the Role

Project Managers direct in‑house crews and subcontractors, work directly with customers, and handle bidding and billing. They lead internal and external project teams to ensure projects are completed on budget and on schedule, reporting daily to customers and internal management, and leading weekly client meetings. They also coordinate with the Project Construction Lead on timing, execution, and closeout, and oversee crew assignments, equipment needs, timesheet approval, and other duties as required. • Direct in‑house crews and subcontractors while managing customer relationships, bidding, and billing. • Lead internal and external project teams to deliver projects on budget and on schedule. • Report daily to customers and internal management; conduct weekly client meetings. • Coordinate timing, execution, and closeout with the Project Construction Lead. • Assign crews, ensure proper equipment, approve timesheets and daily logs. • Perform project bids and handle billing upon completion. • Enforce safety protocols and adhere to OSHA requirements.

What You Bring

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, at least three years of construction project experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, intermediate schedule management, strong communication skills, ability to read blueprints, meet vision and color‑distinction standards, and OSHA safety training. • Possess a high school diploma (or equivalent) and at least three years of construction project experience. • Demonstrate advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and intermediate schedule management. • Exhibit strong written and verbal communication, problem‑solving, and hands‑on work ethic. • Accurately read blueprints, distinguish colors, and meet required vision standards. • Maintain precise hand‑eye coordination and ability to judge distance and space relationships.
