About the Role
• Plan and manage small to medium single-discipline or large routine projects. • Coordinate professional staff workload and independently lead project development. • Manage right-of-way projects, including acquisition and relocation per the Uniform Act. • Develop project policies, quality and safety plans, maintain progress reports, update financials, and ensure regulatory compliance. • Oversee staff, provide training, and build client relationships through marketing and meetings. • Participate in agency compliance reviews and conduct scope development and contract document sessions. • Ensure timely document completion and coordinate workload throughout development. • Track project finances and adjust team efforts to meet schedule and budget. • Collaborate with Business/Accounting Manager, Project Controller, Department Manager, and leadership for project reviews.

What You Bring
• TDOT right-of-way experience. • 6–10 years managing right-of-way projects. • Experience with acquisition and relocation under the Uniform Act. • Ability to complete and interpret title reports. • Tennessee Notary (or ability to obtain). • Bachelor’s degree in a related field. • Minimum 7 years of related experience. • At least 2 years of project management experience. • Strong interaction skills with design teams and excellent organizational, project management, and written/verbal communication abilities.
