About the Role
• Implement and maintain document control processes ensuring cataloging, change control, and archival requirements for the owner operator. • Support workflow and delivery of required documents for a capital project, overseeing document flow from the PMC and other sources. • Manage interfaces with all parties involved with the PMC’s EDMS, ensuring workflows and distribution matrices are managed for accurate, fast, and efficient information sharing; identify and mitigate obstacles. • Develop and maintain the project SharePoint‑based system to ensure proper documentation management. • Manage transmittals from PMC’s EDMS, coordinate workflow responses for the WLNG team, and other associated tasks. • Train team members in processes and document control software as necessary. • Adhere to SOX control responsibilities where applicable.

What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field preferred. • Minimum 6‑7 years of relevant work experience. • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 products. • Ability to use spreadsheet tools to manage large data sets. • Experience with Power BI, Data Studio, Tableau, or equivalent for data analytics and visualization (preferred). • Prior people‑management experience a plus. • Strong experience with electronic document management systems (EDMS/DMS). • Understanding of construction documentation. • Excellent communication skills.

Benefits
The salary for this full‑time position ranges from $70K to $100K per year, reflecting base salary only and subject to adjustment based on experience and qualifications.
