About the Role

Key duties include receiving, prioritizing, and coordinating preventive maintenance and repair work orders, scheduling regular inspections, diagnosing equipment issues, maintaining vendor relationships, and documenting all activities while supporting safety programs. • Prioritize and schedule preventive maintenance and repair work orders. • Perform regular equipment inspections and record findings. • Diagnose and troubleshoot specialized machinery, including robotics and CNC equipment. • Coordinate with planners, managers, and vendors to communicate work progress. • Document service activities and generate reports on maintenance trends. • Lead and dispatch a small maintenance team for repair tasks. • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. • Read and interpret schematics, precision instruments, and technical manuals.

What You Bring

Candidates must have at least a high school diploma, six or more years of industrial maintenance experience, strong knowledge of metal‑finishing processes, and proficiency with electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and automated control systems. Preferred qualifications include a degree in Industrial Technology or Maintenance, experience with PLCs, welding and laser‑cutting operations, and the ability to read electrical schematics and perform precise calculations. • Possess at least six years of experience with industrial process equipment. • Demonstrate technical expertise in electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems. • Preferred: experience with PLC programming, welding, and laser‑cutting operations.
