About the Role

The Senior Project Engineer will work full‑time on a jobsite in Santa Teresa, NM, overseeing technical and administrative field‑office deliverables to ensure contractual compliance, profitability and schedule milestones. Travel may be required, and specific location expectations will be discussed during the interview process. Join SOLV Energy to contribute across the full energy lifecycle, grow your career, and help build the foundation for the next generation of power in the United States. • Attend and document project meetings, distributing minutes. • Set up and maintain the project filing system. • Update and maintain drawings, specifications, and logs. • Distribute required documentation to subcontractors. • Document non-conforming reports, track corrective actions, and obtain sign‑off. • Prepare project‑specific QA/QC checklists for field inspections. • Conduct QA/QC inspections and assist with pre‑task planning for defined work features. • Perform and document SWPP inspections. • Evaluate field issues, prepare and submit RFIs with superintendent approval; maintain RFI logs. • Review, evaluate, and transmit submittals; maintain submittal logs. • Organize and maintain progress photos for weekly and monthly QA/QC reports. • Maintain on‑site redline drawings and permit sets for AHJ review. • Collect and file third‑party testing results and equipment calibration records. • Compile contract close‑out documents (job book, OEM manuals, as‑built drawings, etc.). • Document and track punch‑list items and obtain sign‑off. • Mentor new Project Engineers. • Participate in department‑wide quality initiatives and improve standard work instructions. • Support the superintendent, assistant project manager, and project manager as needed.

What You Bring

Benefits
