Job Highlights
About the Role
Team members are expected to arrive on schedule, deliver quality workmanship, answer homeowners’ questions about installations, and connect them with the office for final payment. They will install home remodeling products and apply finish work in line with Mad City’s standards, then report to management to confirm customer satisfaction and authorize payment. • Perform home remodeling product installations following company standards. • Apply finish work as required. • Communicate installation completion to management and secure final payment. • Conduct final walk‑through checklist with homeowner. • Treat each homeowner and their property with respect.

What You Bring
A successful candidate will have at least six months of remodeling, carpentry, or construction experience, a valid driver’s license with a clean record, and strong communication and customer‑service skills. Applicants must be 21 years of age or older and preferably possess some window‑installation experience. • Minimum 6 months remodeling, carpentry, or construction experience. • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record. • Strong communication and customer‑service abilities. • Age 21 or older.
