About the Role
As a pivotal member of the Sunrun retail team, you will embody our brand inside partner retail stores, influencing potential customers, generating enthusiasm for our products, and educating them about renewable energy and storage solutions. You will proactively schedule appointments and help expand Sunrun’s customer base, with success measured by your ability to positively influence every individual you encounter. • Drive customer interest in solar and battery products through in‑store engagement. • Educate shoppers on renewable energy and storage solutions. • Proactively schedule and confirm solar appointment bookings. • Build and maintain relationships that expand Sunrun’s customer base. • Meet or exceed sales targets to qualify for uncapped commissions. • Maintain flexible availability for weekends, evenings, and occasional holidays. • Ensure reliable transportation within a 15‑30 mile radius for multi‑store coverage.

What You Bring
Success in this role relies on strong communication skills, self‑motivation, a willingness to learn, and a genuine passion for our mission. You must be able to work a flexible retail schedule—including weekends, evenings, and occasional holidays—have reliable transportation within a 15‑30‑mile radius, and be comfortable standing and lifting up to 25 pounds while covering multiple store locations. • Stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lb as required on the retail floor. • Demonstrate strong communication, self‑motivation, and a passion for clean energy.
