About the Role

The Outside Plant Engineer supports all phases of utility construction on various telecom projects, ensuring work is done correctly and to the highest standards. This role emphasizes hands‑on problem solving, long‑term project involvement, and collaboration with a team both inside and outside the field. • Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project plans • Drive projects through construction phases, handling scheduling, budgets, and resources • Conduct job site walkouts and lead project meetings • Meet customer deadlines while ensuring high quality • Prioritize safety daily • Deliver work with high‑quality standards • Solve complex problems using hands‑on approaches • Commit to long‑term telecom construction projects • Collaborate effectively with teams in varied indoor/outdoor settings
